Sweet Bailey

Our hearts here at Hugs For Harry are filled with a mix of love and a little bit of sadness as we tell you about the incredibly sweet Bailey. This darling girl, who isn't even a year old yet, has had a rough start to life through no fault of her own.

Remy & Ruby

Life can throw unexpected curve balls, and sometimes the hardest decisions are made out of desperation. These two incredibly sweet purebred Poms, Remy (4 months old, male) and Ruby (6 months old, female), found themselves in a box through no fault of their own. Their previous owner loved them dearly and provided them with wonderful care. Faced with sudden homelessness and a heartbreaking deadline, she made the difficult choice to leave them in hopes of finding them safe and loving homes before losing her own shelter for the night.

When their new family met them they immediately fell in love with them. Now they have a chance at a wonderful life in their new forever home.

Ivy's Whispers

Meet Ivy. At just four pounds and eight years young, this sweet chihuahua is a testament to resilience and the enduring power of a loving heart. Rescued by Hugs for Harry, Ivy carries a gentle spirit and a quiet devotion that simply melts your soul.

The couple who met her at Hugs for Harry were smitten the minute they met her and now she is surrounded by love and kindness.

Goose

This sweet little soul, who we named Goose, was pulled from the brink at the county shelter the very morning he was scheduled to be euthanized. When we learned about him, our hearts broke. Years of neglect had left him covered in unimaginable mats and filth, so severe he was unable to move. And tragically, one of his little legs is just a bit of a stump. 😔

But beneath that exterior, a tiny fighter was waiting. As the layers of neglect and mats were carefully shaved away, a beautiful little ball of downy white fluff and sweetness emerged. Just like a miracle unfolding before our eyes. 
Goose has been adopted by a special woman who is showering him with love and attention and care the rest of his life! ✨
